Culinary trained at University of West London, Isy’s style reflects her years spent cooking at the renowned Ottolenghi’s flagship restaurant in London and Rasoterra – a vegetarian fine-dining restaurant in Barcelona. With a background in hospitality and marketing, Ari brings her Greek-Cypriot heritage, passion for all things food plus restaurant operations straight to the table.
